Through its annually published Education Monitoring Reports, ERI aims to contribute to development of our education system and policy development process based on sound-evidence and constructive dialogue. Education Monitoring Report 2015-16 evaluates the developments and the current state in education in Turkey from three viewpoints: institutional capacity, access, and quality.
