Education Monitoring Report 2008

Education Monitoring Reports are annually published by the Education Reform Initiative to provide the public with a comprehensive and evidence-based evaluation of changes and developments in education policies. The first Education Monitoring Report was released in April 2008, evaluating the 10 years following the Basic Education Reform of 1997. The second Education Monitoring Report was released in June 2009, focusing on the changes and development that took place in 2008.
