Beniamino Savonitto, who works as the Project Director of Innovation for Poverty Action, attended to the seminar themed “Impact Measurement of Social Programs” that took place in Karaköy Minerva Han. During the seminar, the framework of the evaluation method that was randomized and the practical steps in its practice were discussed. Examples of evaluation in the field of education in the progressing world were reviewed.
