Dr. Ebru Erberber, who serves the American Institute for Research as a Senior Researcher attended to the seminar themed “Examinations That Measures Quality in Education: What is It for? When Does It Work?” that took place in Karaköy Minerva Han. The seminar focused on the different types of exams for measuring quality and providing accountability in the education system, the purposes for which these exams can be used and the conditions under which they can be achieved. Examples were presented from the world, especially from the USA.
