Feride İnan, who serves Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey as a policy analyst, attended the seminar themed “Special Higher Education and MBA Education in India” that took place in Karaköy Minerva Han. The seminar addressed the rise of private education in India at the level of higher education, the political-economic environment that allowed this rise, and the challenges of regulation that emerged after the rise.
