Good Practices ın Education Are Everywhere!

The Good Practices in Education Conferences aim to reach out to teachers and instructors who strive to improve learning and learning environments in class—in school and outside of schooland to bring them together with their colleagues with the aim of creating new learning environments.

ERG has been organizing these conferences annually since 2004. The conferences created an opportunity for almost 10,000 participantsincluding representatives of the Ministry of National Education, teachers, academics, representatives of non-governmental organizations, parents, private sector representatives interested in education, and studentsto communicate and to cooperate. Over these five years, the participants came together to hear about and discuss over 1,000 examples of good practices and teaching materials.

ERG organizes provincial workshops in various cities in order to reach a broader audience and to provide an environment where local practices can also be presented and shared. Since 2004, almost 7,000 participants have gotten the chance to share their experiences in 35 provincial workshops held in cooperation with provincial directorates of national education.

These activities provide opportunities for learning and dialogue between colleagues and stakeholders and enable the Good Practices in Education Conference to develop as an innovative model of in-service training. For further information, please visit the conference webpage.
